Mine is a Stephan Jolie, too! And I agree, I've never seen anything like mine, either. You may have been dreaming about the perfect wedding dress since you were young and know exactly what you want it to look like, but when it comes down to actually finding that dress it can be a little more complicated than you imagined. Good luck!!! (just curious, who was your consultant?) You have to feel completely confident with what you pick - in the end, you will be the one wearing it. Every bridal shop and/or designer is trying to replicate Kate Middleton's dress now, too. I think every bridal line had dresses that look similar. I dont even know if I should believe this bc I brought in a pic of a dress I like thats from a diff designer and they had same dress and they said its from their private designer as well! Anybody else getting this? Is it me or does it seem like every dress in that store is supposedly made by their private designer? Every dress I liked the lady said it was by their private designer Stephan Jolie. Soo I went to Bijou Bridal in Paramus for the 2nd time today. Mine is a Stephan Jolie as well! :-) It was the only dress that I tried on that was a "private designer." Lisa, my consultant, me told me the designer of every dress I was trying on. I think you should be 100% comfortable and happy with the dress and salon before buying your wedding gown, so if you aren't sure, keep looking. If there are similar dresses by other designers, go try them on at another salon that carries that designer. If you find a dress you love there and it's in your budget, I say go for it. I have been very happy with everything at Bijou and cannot wait for my first fitting on the 20th. I never asked the name of the designers of the other gowns I tried on though. I haven't seen anything like it anywhere else.
